I am working under accounting and finance department of our association, our business is about the sugar milling industry in Philippines and about sugar trading. I am a check rediscounting office/ accounting staff in our office. I am in charge in handling hundreds of checks daily as means of business transactions with the clients as well as i am responsible in checks encashment of the clients. I also manage and handle millions of cash for our daily transactions too and make sure that cash on hand of other check rediscounting officer assigned are all balance and intact. I also assure that checks are properly encoded and I do monitor the check deposits and cash deposits on daily basis. I also do cashiering when the head cashier is on leave. I do bank reconciliation from time to time.
