Customer Service Representative, January 2016 – July 2018
· The account we handled is a business platform. We answer general questions about their account or the item being bought. I was assigned in claims and disputes so mostly the calls and emails I received are about opening a case, deciding on cases, feedback removal request and many more.
· Most of the time the calls I received are from people who lose the case so with that we really need to empathize since they are already irate.
· I was trained to be flexible in everything, most especially there’s a need for staffing so the schedule will not be permanent
· Part of my job description is to perform, to be resourceful, be optimistic, to provide resolution on every problem the customer has and to be motivated everyday.
