- Provide technical support on front and back-end users.
Assist and resolve technical issues and questions on POS, weighing scales, credit card terminals, workstations and other hardware peripherals.
- Conduct remote diagnostic to troubleshot and resolve desktop application programs and integrated programs in front and back-end of store operations.
- Configures and diagnose network connection problems.
- Update data or files on front-end system. (Price change, New Items, Item updates)
- Security maintenance on systems and workstations through the use of security programs, domains, Group Policy and Active Directory Users and Computers.
