• Conducting hardness and chlorine content analysis of process water sample.
• Monitor water pH after final rinse of CIP (to ensure that the final rinse after CIP is free of residual chemicals).

• Calibrating/checking of laboratory and production equipment prior to use in production.
• Conduct micro swabbing of machine/equipment using ATP and conventional methods (coordinate with Central Laboratory Microbiologist).
• Conduct cGMP of personnel and facility audit prior to start of production.
• In Line QA for Beverage Product (Linapack- Chuckie in Retortable stand up pouch (SUP)).
• In Line QA for Sauces Product (Linapack/Rotary Filler- Sauces in Retortable stand up pouch (SUP)).
• Conduct raw materials verification prior to use.
• Performs physico-chemical analysis and evaluate of In-process and finished goods (ensure that parameters of all products are within specifications as per Client’s SOP).
• Monitoring at retort/thermal processing CCP’s.
• Receiving of incoming raw materials.
• Prepared sensory evaluation of finished goods prior to release after 7 days of incubation and conduct sensory evaluation of KQT samples.
• Conducting leak/dye test with pouch deffects.
• Assigned in reviewing and verifying QA in-line forms.
• Assist troubleshooting.
• Recording the results of QA In-line forms at released card.
• Prepared weekly schedule, daily attendance, and overtime of QA analysts and aide of Plant 3.
