I’ve been an Administrative Assistant in Gama Foods Corporation for 4 years and 8 months and my experience has equipped me to become a competitive and flexible person, which makes me handle the position that can greatly use my abilities. Also with a brief work experience in other industries, I developed my adaptability and sense of responsibility in the different tasks assigned to me. Duties & Responsibility:
● Handle administrative requests and queries from Executives and co-employees
● Reports directly to the Owners/Board of Directors
● Organize and schedule appointments
● Assist in daily office needs and inquiries
● Answer and direct phone calls
● Provide general support to visitors
● Help office members with documentation
● Type, edit and proofread documents
● Handles business files and permits
● Renew licenses, permits, other business documents
● Handles check and cash payables
● Release check and cash payments to suppliers and other companies
