Monitoring the shop daily activities to ensure the service delivery time is within acceptable limits.
Doing need analysis of the customers to deliver the appropriate services and products as per customers’ needs.
Supporting customers on self-service when required.
Offer help to waiting customers using available applications and devices.
Welcoming customers to the shop and directing the customer to explore the journey.
