•  In charge of meeting the service requirements of passengers at check-in counters, transfer desks,special service requests,  boarding gates and immigration requirements

•  Accountable for checking ticket validity & authenticity, as well as providing information on boarding and resolving any last-minute changes of the documents onboard.

•     Ascertain the handling of the passengers’ requirements such as but not limited to assigning them to their desired seats, identifying category of passengers (e.g. unaccompanied minors, wheelchair, elderly, incapacitated, etc) and providing the necessary requirements as per their category and that the cabin crews are informed of such special requirement.

•     In charge of deploying constant updates and refreshments to passengers during flight delays.

•     Handled ground safety procedures and instructed passengers of all flight disruptions.

·         Responsible for the collection of  required fees from customers such as airport baggage fee, excess baggage fee, booked go show passengers from other airlines who preferred to transfer to our airlines due to disruptions from their original flight.
