I have a long experience in Program management with the previous position I worked for are like; Acting Area Development Program (ADP) Manager, Project Manager, Team Leader, Sector Coordinator. Recently I have been working as Humanitarian Accountability Coordinator in Emergency Response Program to roll out Accountability plan with sectors and ensure accountability mechanism is functional and staff capacity building in place. Works with different actors in camps level and participation in CwC working groups for program support and action taken accordingly. Effective GO & NGO liaison, networking, collaboration, relationship strengthen with stakeholders. Have training and practical level experience on Humanitarian Accountability, CHS, Red Cross Code of Conduct, PFA approaches. Have religious mind, strong morality and ethics in personal and professional life. Have proven operational capacity on project management, supervising capacity, budget and DIP planning and implementation.
