Key Achievements:
 Led the major project in the divestment of Animal Nutrition feed mill custom premix business. This project led to the closure of the Animal Health Plant, outsource manufacturing services, warehousing and logistics. Cost contribution to the Animal Health Division raked to 32M Philippine pesos or 0.5M USAD.
 Realized a 380,000 USAD savings in year 2012 in implementing Regional Sourcing strategy of high valued feed grade bulk vitamins from China.
 Also, in 2012, realized savings of 4.60 Million PHP in implementing sourcing strategy of prime feed grade bulk minerals and packaging components from Taiwan.
 Implemented outsourcing of logistics and secondary production support resulting to better compliance with the labour legislation and reduction of 10% headcount.

Interphil Laboratories, Inc. is a preferred contract manufacturer of pharmaceutical products for 36 multinational companies (19 of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies). Interphil manufactures approximately 30% of the whole pharmaceutical volume of the Philippine market. It also exports 10% of the drug products to Asia-Pacific region and is approved by the TGA for exporting to Australia. Its’ main plant is situated in Canlubang Industrial Estate, Cabuyao, Laguna, Philippines. Interphil is now a part of Pharma Industries Group of Zuellig Pharma with other plants in Thailand and Vietnam.

• Accountable for the direct management of cost, quality, and schedule for manufacturing of Dry (Oral Solids) Pharmaceutical products and assembly work cells consisting of 30+ production machines and a combined 50 bargaining unit employee. Managed plant supervision and provided direction and guidance to ensure performance and quality goals are consistently met.
• Headed the over-all Night Shift Plant Operation for six (6) months to reinforce plant-wide implementation of process and productivity improvement programs

Key Achievements:
 Reduced equipment downtime by over 25% and labour cost by 1.50M Php per year through introduction of supplemental In-process Control monitoring machine for fast producing semi-automated tableting machine.
 Increased level of quality and improved tablet and capsule sorting efficiency by 35% and labour cost by 2.0M Php through investment of off-line Visio-logic sorting machine.
 Improve change over time and reduce idle time through work standardization and process stream lining.

Key Achievements:
