Currently working as a Warehouse Supervisor with Farrex freight system in Mississauga, Canada.
• Manage the warehouse, and distribution operations to ensure meeting the company productivity target.
• setting high quality standards in regards to the receiving and shipping and ensure all the transactions are accurate.
• Maintain a customer service at the best level and resolving the problems to ensure that the requirement of the clients is promptly met and achieve the company financial target.
• Fixing the optimal plans to ensure of using the resources.
• Scheduling and organizing warehouse team members for daily activity to maintain the productivity of the team, recruiting and training the staff, conduct team meetings and annual performance appraisals.

• Managing more than 35 person in the warehouse at one of the biggest steel companies
• Directing the operations of (11) warehouses serving six plants with more than (35000) stocked items
• Supervising the stock counts, locations audit, issuing, receiving, logistics transportations and deliveries, review shipment, packaging, bill of lading
• Preparing the reports for the items categories (A,B,C) CLASS and preparing budget
• Minimizing the storing cost through utilizing the storage space, avoiding the obsolescence and damage , satellite the end user issuing movements, reducing the material handling process
• Controlling the efficient stock levels to ensure that the minimum capital is tied up
• Training new and old staff in warehouse procedures and health and safety procedures
• Responsible for looking and fixing the internal policies and procedures for the warehouse and assist to reach ISO standard
• Performance evaluation of staff every 6 months
• Preparing KPI, monthly warehouse performance reports to the top management

EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree in Commerce / Accounting.
