·         Installed and configured the first Picturetel Videoconferencing solution which facilitated regional conferencing between Jamaica, 13 Caribbean islands and the Miami headquarters.  Solution became the primary “venue” to facilitate virtual meetings, training and HR job interviews.

·         First engineer to configure and test Quality of Service between LIME’s customer locations over LIME’s WAN.

·         Relocated and upgraded the Security Group Network for Server Farm.

·         Upgraded all WAN links from 56kbps to T1s, network backbone equipment and routing protocol to improve the performance of the Corporate Network.

·         Upgraded all commercial office networks to ensure better response time and improve service reliability and throughput.

·         Responded and resolved all corporate network outages in quick turnaround.
