Responsibilities: Scope of work: The Human Resources& Administrative Officer works under the supervision of Human Resource Coordinator and is responsible for providing assistance in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, also ensures that Supervisor/Senior Management has accurate and timely information in order to make effective decisions; provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF AIRFIELD FP TO SUPPORT UNHAS OPERATIONS:
• Receive UNHAS DFS (Daily Flight Schedule) and inform Local Authorities (a day before the flight).
• Transmit a detailed weather report to UNHAS Radio Room through e-mail/phone call/text message/Skype and/or other UNHAS staff who will inform Radio Room. This information should be sent at least 40 minutes prior to aircraft departure from originating point. A report must be sent immediately if it appeared any significant improvement/deterioration of weather conditions or security situation. If it rained recently, the runway must be verified walking on it.
• Ensure that airfield is in a safe condition before arrival of WFP flights, carrying out a general check of airfield and surrounding areas.
• Ensure that no vehicles, people and animals affect aircraft landing/take off.
• Take all necessary measures on the ground prior to landing (present at the airport/airstrip at least 40 minutes prior to landing), stop over and remain with the crew/aircraft till take off.
• Support crew and passengers if there are issues with Local Authorities and inform immediately UNHAS Radio Room.
• After landing, during the stopover and take off make sure that unauthorized persons do not endanger UNHAS operations and remain at a distance of at least 100 meters from the aircraft;
• Cooperate with agencies having passengers/cargo to/from that airfield and involve their representatives in taking adequate measures.
