Logistics/Transportation

Over 8 years of experience in distribution at Estee Lauder Cosmetics and Apotex
Prepared and processed shipments to trucks. Able to operate industrialized powered forklifts (ie Sit down, Reach, Stock Picker)
Knowledge of receiving functions such as, interplants, expected receipts, separating and unloading trucks
Shipping goods to satellite locations and vendors
Able to read, interpret transit system operating rules, policies and routes
Intermediate knowledge of computer operations –SAP modules for various warehouse databases
Perform various inventory control functions, such as maintenance of records, cyclical inventory counts, and maintain inventory using SAP
Delivery of materials to manufacturing, packaging and other departments
Ensure transfer orders are completed in SAP for inventory as per service agreement; contact various departments to escalate/resolve any issue in a timely manner

Safety

Familiar with WMS, and all in house RDT units
Organized work area for safe and efficient production
Prioritized allocation of out of stock items to the pick face locations
Participated and completed safety training manual for new employees as to share workplace safety practices
Active Participant in Stomp Program
Successfully completed all Ryder training for Raymond Reach, Fall protection, Order Picker
Perform daily checks, clean and visually inspect vehicle before shifts
