• Primarily provides guidance and counselling services to students of assigned colleges
• Assist in the general orientation of freshmen and transferees
• Updates and maintains cumulative records of students of assigned college for follow-up purposes and individual counselling
• Interviews absentee students and issues admission slips
• Provide pre-dropping interview to students and determines causes and eventually prepares a program of prevention through the conduct of a research study
• Responsible for the conduct of annual testing, admission and scholarship examinations
• Accountability in keeping the psychological test results safe and confidential
• Assist the director in supervising practicum students in guidance testing and counselling work
• Perform such as other duties that may be assigned by the Director from time to time, as the exigency of the service dictates
