I am Dexter De Ocampo, 41 years old from the Philippines. I am currently working here in Singapore as an Outlet Manager for The Coffee Bean And Tea Leaf Pte Ltd. I am currently with the company for almost 8 years. I have been with the food service industry for almost 20 years. After I finished college, I straight away applied for supervisory position in one of the known bakeshop in the Philippines(Goldilocks) which I stayed for almost 2 years. Afterwhich, I got a job at French Baker for almost 3 years as an assistant manager and joined thereafter  Greewnwich Pizza Corp as an assitant manager for 3 years. I also worked at Krispy Kreme for 3 years as a store manager. Then I decided to work overseas because I had two small boys growing up. Now I am looking forward to migarting overseas with my whole family as I want a better future for my children and a better quality of life with my whole family.

I am a very flexible, hard working and responsible person. I am a service oriented individual who have passion for the food service industry. I am a god fearing person and loves to be with different sort of people. I am optimistic and organised. I love cooking and baking. I enjoy outdoor activities such as mountain biking and hiking.
