My duties include baking Triple Pleasure, Red velvet, Black Forrest cakes,

Strawberry surprise cake, Brownies, Chocolate cheese, Bailey cheese cakes ,        Nuts Bar,  Cheese cake bite, Cherry surprise and Oreo chocolate bites.

I also prepare ingredients from scratch to bake and also to ensure that the   kitchen is running smoothly and in orderly.

 

 

Pizza maker / Customer Service Rep –  Domino’s Pizza  2019

My duties include, setting up the make line, making the pizzas in small,

medium, large and extra-large, a long with spreading of pizza sauce and

add different types of toppings.  I also bake chicken wings, wedges, brownie,

lava cake, cheesy bread, bread twist and serving of beverage.  I tide up the

lobby area and working station and bathroom. I also prep topping items and

label and rotate them properly according to company policy then store them in

the appropriate area required.  I take in call orders and access a cash

machine.

 

 

Bakery Chef/ Cook/ Front of the house – Pastry Passions Store 2018 – 2019

My duties include working on my own baking batches of Red Velvet , Black forrest, Ice box , Roulade, Tiramisu, Fruit cake, , Bailey cheese , Strawberry cheese, Carrot, Brownie ,, Rich Chocolate  and Vanilla cakes.  I also do pastry such as oatmeal, chocolate chip, rum and raisin, strawberry, Nutella  muffins , macaroon , strawberry packet , plantain tart, humming bird and toto.  In addition cooking of soup.  I also do serving of cakes and answering of telephone calls in taking of orders to be prepare to pick up by customers desire. I also do inventory counts on a regular  basic of item to be order and not too much for wastages of goods and space availability.

 

 

 

 

Customer Service Rep. & Sales Associate – Hi-Lo Food Store     2011-2017

My duties include, but not limited to helping customers to navigate the store, find the products they need and ensuring their experience was worthwhile.

In this capacity I also work as a Senior cashier, assist customers on the telephone, train new staff, assist with marketing strategies and help resolve customer complaints. I also work in the Warehouse area in receiving goods, sorting & merchandising items and enrolling new & existing customers with current & new programs. I also participate in the inventory and cycle counts.
