p.          All cash collection and remittances are accounted for.
q.          Timely preparation and submission of Daily Deposit Reports and petty cash replenishment.
r.           Implement security control measures at all times; vaults are secured and secrecy in access to lock combination is observed at all times.
s.          Adequate change fund/coins at all times.
t.           Ensures that payments collected at the store level are properly transacted.
u.          Ensure proper batching and accounting of charge transaction documents.
v.          Monitoring and issuance of Official Receipts
w.          Responsible for proper handling of lost and found items in the selling area.
Other Functions:
•            Prepare marketing promotion every store sale
•            Monitor whether marketing activities are properly implemented
•            Conduct proper orientation of on going promotion to all direct hire merchandisers and employees under the supervision of agency
•            Secure DTI permit for local promotion
