· CUSTOMER SERVICE – Accommodate walk-in and phone-in inquiries of customers, addresses customer complaints, coordinate with the warehouse section for customer requests and provide feedback to customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
· QUOTATION PROCESSING – Provide customers with detailed quotation containing information on basic consumables such as filters, scals, bolts & nuts (parts price, availability, lead time, and freight charges) by using Service Information System (SIS), Technical Marketing Information (TMI), parts books and other reference materials in order to meet customer’s parts requirements.
· CUSTOMER ORDER PROCESSING – Process purchase orders of customers by placing orders in the Dealer Business System (DBS), coordinates with Credit and Collection (C&C) for order approval and coordinates delivery schedule with Parts Order Processor in order to ensure timely ordering and delivery of products.
· PARTS RETURN DOCUMENTATION – Process and monitors core returns and parts return documents and generates Credit Memo in order to ensure proper documentation of parts return thru counter.
· CASHIERING – Performs cashiering functions (invoicing and invoice transmittal to Document Control Center, receipt issuance, sales deposit and transmittal of receipts and cash flow form to treasury) in order to assist is cash flow and on-time payment posting.
· COORDINATION – Coordinates with Credit Collection (C&C) Section on credit standing of customer’s in order to address customer needs. Coordinates with Cashier and Parts Order Processor (PODS) for the invoicing and payment in order to ensure timely release of parts to customer.
