I’m Don Cris Alcantara, 22 years of age, living in Manila,Philippines.  I’m a  College Graduate of Information Technology and I’ve been in the BPO Industry for more than 2 years. I’ve been in two different company and both are them are in the same field which is hotel reservation. In my job of course from word itself hotel reservation, helping customer for their reservation. It looks easy but it’s not you need to secure that the customer loves theor stay. Basically, We insert Urgencies, Benefits of the Customer in the stay or at the hotel. We need also know the unstated needs of the customer maybe they need something that we don’t know. If the hotel that they want is sold out we need to look for another hotel that is comparable with the choice hotel, Almost the same price or lower much better and with all the amenities that the customer’s needed. After that we offer it with stating the benefits of it to them, injecting urgency statement and Ask for the sale afterwards.
