·         Performs required specs measurement and data collection of SWR (Special Work Request) devices for further review and analysis.

·         Develop formal failure analysis report data and findings of complaint and other groups after analysis completion.

·         Responsible in monitoring incoming devices (SWR) for Manufacturability Qualification (MQ), perform evaluations, and oversee MQ status to ensure that machine parameters, MQ measurements and processes comply with specifications and requirements.

·         Document and analyze all MQ reports. Recommends and prepare changes, additions, and modifications which will facilitate the manufacturing.

·         Monitor actual status of SWR for MQ at the production line and ensure correct set-up.

·        Monitor, update and verify any issues during approval or on disapproved data.

·         Perform required Failure Analysis and Documentation this includes cross section, x-ray, SEM, SAM, etc.

·         Assist NPD evaluations, critical activities requiring 24/7 hour support.
