I’ve worked as an Administrative Staff before in a Talent Agency. I’m the one who managed websites, facebook pages, talent’s documents and a lot more. Im also the first person who talks to applicants and some other time assisted or accompanied our talents when lined up to castings and auditions for TVC’s and tapings. Coz my job is not only done with the administration but also coordinating with our talents. Im the one also teach the basic acting for them, create their profiles, setcards/composite cards and vtr videos for sending to clients. As I worked in this company I have learned a lot like multitasking and being a smartworker which I think is needed for any kind of work. The discipline, how to communicate well and how to be a good leader as well.
