•        Analyze customer inquiry by preparing pre-quote using Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) and HYSTER Parts Online system.

•        Assigned in preparing and review payments (duties and taxes computations) for all our courier and broker

•        In-charge in preparing Parts discrepancy reports to Australia.

•        In-charge in sending parts warranty abroad.
