JOB DESCRIPTION:
STAFF
To check the grooming of the staff according to the international hotel standard. To make the weekly roster of the staff / To train the staff at least 2 -4 times a month according to the areas of the department and to the hotel standard /To have a consultation with the staff.
FACILITIES
To check the facilities in my area of responsibility on a daily basis and with the supervisor on a weekly basis. To make sure that the amenities in all areas like the spa and locker rooms; reception desk office supplies, swimming pool amenities, gym supplies and department management team office supplies were intact and provided on a weekly basis according to the department’s needs. To make a report or job order to the Engineering Department if there’s facility to be repaired and to order facility needs to be replaced.
