Projects and Accomplishments :

 

1.    Fabricated contact type jamming sensors and personally in-charge for the installation, repair

and testing of the installed sensor units.

 

2.    Conceptualized the installation of 4500 series rectifier units for the replacement of TRC 150

rectifier units due to excessive downtime caused by rectifier   breakdown.

 

 

3.  Do daily inspection, monitoring and perform calibration of all production rectifier

assemblies to avoid and to prevent machine stoppage or machine breakdown in order to

meet machine utilization requirements.

 

4.   Continous repair of rectifier boards and assemblies is done for easy replacement and to

reduce machine downtime.

 

5.    Reduced the amount of production equipment cost by performing the In-house repairs of all

electronic boards and assemblies and had been  a QUALITY MANAGERS AWARDEE for

the year 1996.
