HACCP Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the imported products and the systems to verify the quality and performance standards.
  • Prepare HACCP analysis report and report the areas not meeting the quality standards. Suggest ways to change and improve the current system.
  • Liaise with external food quality inspectors and update the organization about the changes introduced in the HACCP principles.
  • Teach workers to identify and separate spoilt products from the good ones and detect the unhygienic conditions posing threat to quality concerns.
  • Make certain the imported food items are well packed, stored and transported responsibly without compromising on the food quality.

HR Responsibilities

  • Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing and testing applicants; notifying existing staff on internal opportunities;
    maintaining personnel records etc…
  • Pays employees by calculating pay; distributing checks and maintaining records.
  • Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
  • Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters etc…
  • Ensure employee orientation & training, welfare, wellness reporting.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
