HACCP Coordinator Responsibilities
- Evaluate the imported products and the systems to verify the quality and performance standards.
- Prepare HACCP analysis report and report the areas not meeting the quality standards. Suggest ways to change and improve the current system.
- Liaise with external food quality inspectors and update the organization about the changes introduced in the HACCP principles.
- Teach workers to identify and separate spoilt products from the good ones and detect the unhygienic conditions posing threat to quality concerns.
- Make certain the imported food items are well packed, stored and transported responsibly without compromising on the food quality.
HR Responsibilities
- Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing and testing applicants; notifying existing staff on internal opportunities;
maintaining personnel records etc…
- Pays employees by calculating pay; distributing checks and maintaining records.
- Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
