Started as Customer Service Staff/Accounting Staff and promoted to Customer Service Assistant after 5 years in the service, accepted additional task as IT Staff, and promoted again as Customer Service Specialist, accepted new task as Regional Credit and Collection Specialist reporting directly to Regional Operations Manager, handling 61 branches, task was to assist the Region, Area Managers and Zone Managers to improve performances regarding sales and collections respectively, conduct trainings to Sales Leaders, Franchise Managers, and Branch Officers.
