1. Installation of proximitor series 3500 Bentley Nevada and sensors for eccentricity, key phasor, speed pick up, zero pick up, HP/LP differential expansion. Adjust gap voltage in accordance with the turbine protection and specification.
2. Installation of vibration sensors in GRF gas recirculation fan, FDF force drop fan, BFPT boiler feed pump turbine, CWP cooling water pump, BCP boiler circulation pump, Compressor, seismic sensors and proximitor series 7200 Bentley Nevada for bearing and casing and adjust gap voltage.
3. Installation of proximity switch for rotating equipment and loop testing of instrument, installation of thermocouple for the turbine bearing temperature. Knowledge of installation of Bentley Nevada card series 3500 and 7200.
4. Adjust LVDT for MSV main stop valve, GOV governor valve, RSV reheat stop valve, ICV interrupted control valve. Installation of servo valve for the Governor.
5. Cable pulling, glanding and termination of instrument cable from field device to panel
6. Calibration 0f instrument like level, flow, pressure, temperature transmitter, level switch, temperature switch, pressure switch, calibration of control valve, such as masoneilan, Siemens, abb, fisher azvil positioner. Testing and commissioning of burner gun, burner tilt.
