4. Supervise and ensure installation in compliance with client’s standards, various types of rotating equipment monitoring and control system, like vibration, temperature, displacement and speed (Bentley Nevada).
5. Assign in process loop testing of transmitter such as Pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, pressure switch, Level switch, flow switch.
6. Do calibration and loop testing of I/P valve and adjust parameters, trouble shooting of Valve positioner limit switch, solenoid valve from field device to DCS
7. Do loop testing of Gas Detector Beacon and light and sounder.
8. Installation of fire and flame detector in waste heat recovery unit.
9. Assign in package such as R.O, RE-use water, Waste Water Treatment in installation of cable tray and installation of field devices and instrument
10. Plant safety policy and procedure compliance (safety training work practices), and execute all jobs under supervision of engineer and clients.
1. Installation of proximitor series 3500 Bentley Nevada and sensors for eccentricity, key phasor, speed pick up, zero pick up, HP/LP differential expansion. Adjust gap voltage in accordance with the turbine protection and specification.
2. Installation of vibration sensors in GRF gas recirculation fan, FDF force drop fan, BFPT boiler feed pump turbine, CWP cooling water pump, BCP boiler circulation pump, Compressor, seismic sensors and proximitor series 7200 Bentley Nevada for bearing and casing and adjust gap voltage.
3. Installation of proximity switch for rotating equipment and loop testing of instrument, installation of thermocouple for the turbine bearing temperature. Knowledge of installation of Bentley Nevada card series 3500 and 7200.
4. Adjust LVDT for MSV main stop valve, GOV governor valve, RSV reheat stop valve, ICV interrupted control valve. Installation of servo valve for the Governor.
5. Cable pulling, glanding and termination of instrument cable from field device to panel
6. Calibration 0f instrument like level, flow, pressure, temperature transmitter, level switch, temperature switch, pressure switch, calibration of control valve, such as masoneilan, Siemens, abb, fisher azvil positioner. Testing and commissioning of burner gun, burner tilt.

2. Handle simulation and loop testing.
3. Adjust valve positioner and analog output of MOV, AOV, I/P valve, hydraulic valve.
4. Able to read MSD master schematic diagram and cable termination to the field device.
5. Glanding and cable termination to the DCS panel from field devices.
6. Knowledge in commissioning of field device using HART communicator and simulator.
7. Simulation and loop check of field device such as flow, level, pressure, temperature transmitter using fluke simulator and HART communicator.
8. Loop checking and pre-commissioning of sensors such as bearing temperature, winding temperature, level switches, pressure switches, limit switches, vibration sensors, reverse sensor, flow switch, protection trip of the motors to CMS Continues Monitoring System Panel.
1. Perform scheduling for lightings and equipment such as motor pumps, exhaust fan, AHU and FCU.
2. Perform skilled electrical works and provide work direction to lower classified electrician as required.
3. Prepare electrical materials, lay-out control panels for lights, outlets and motors.
Coordinate with foremen and receive work assignment and checking on work progress.
4. Perform preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and instrument control.
5. Make verbal and written reports to supervision regarding conditions and problems encountered in the area of assignment.
6. Install, maintain and repair system, sets wiring system, sets power and lighting boards and panel, connect motors and control and install fixtures.
7. Maintain the operation of the emergency generator.
8. Practice good housekeeping including jobsite cleanup and conforms to safety
standards, rules and practices
