1.    Comparison between contract drawing and IFC drawing to track any changes to the design or actual work and adjust budget projections.

7.    Prepares Monthly Interim Progress Invoice, includes quantity verification with client to agree the invoiced amount, preparing measurement sheet, IFC drawings and all documents to ease the evaluation and amount invoiced.

 

8.    Immediate identification and preparation of variation includes reviewing contract for applicable rate or interacting with project procurement to build an applicable rate and proving the variation order and rate applied to the client by attaching all necessary document to ease the evaluation.

 

9.    Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers and Efficiently cooperate with the Project departments

 

10.  Identify the subcontract element and float enquiry for obtaining quotation, Review the quotation and prepare a comparison report to finalize the subcontract including all necessary negotiations and problem resolutions.

 

11.  Prepares contractual documents and valuing the scope of work for sub-contract

 

12.  Prepares Subcontractors Payment Certificate includes evaluation of all documents submitted by Subcontractor to substantiate the Invoice amount is acceptable.

 

13.  Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log

 

14.  Ensure Clear statement of contract sum with all necessary adjustments to that sum with the accordance of terms and conditions of the relevant contract, that all items are fully assessed, and adjustments made for variations, provisional sums, re-measured works, Loss and expense claims / reimbursement and confirmation of the contractor’s agreement to final account figure is obtained in writing.
