Avantgarde is carrying out the initial development through a Wellhead platform (WHP) and a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) facility
Responsibilities:
· Preparation / review of PFD, P&ID’s, project specific specifications, design calculation / analysis, procurement specification.
· Design calculations,verification of FEED design & calculations.
· Preparation / review of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, HAZOP Studies & reports, Operation & maintenance manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.

Description: The Oil Export Pipeline runs between the Central Processing Facility (CPF) of Badra Oil Field and the tie-in to the third party pipeline system at Gharraf – An Nasiriyah in which third party shall build an approximately 92km pipeline that starts from tie-in area and ends at a designated tie-in coordinate at Nasiriyah Depot tie-in area.
The scope includes also a bypass for Oil Export Pipeline from Badra Tank Farm at Nasiriya to ISP tie-in points. The length of pipeline from CPF to Gharraf – An Nasiriya is approx. 165 km and the length of bypass at Badra Tank Farm at Nasiriya is approx. 0.7 km. The design flow rate is 204,000 BOPD
Responsibilities:
· Prepared tie-in philosophy, vent & drain philosophy, operating control maintenance philosophy, safeguarding philosophy, start-up & shutdown philosophy, and HAZOP methodology.

Description: The Garraf Light Oil Transportation System (hereinafter referred as LOTS) will be developed in two (2) phases:
Phase 1: pipeline will be built primarily to cater for first oil production from Badra Central Processing
Facility (CPF) in year 2013. PCIHBV will build an approximately 92km pipeline that starts from Garraf-Badra Tie in Area (GBTA) and ends at a designated tie-in coordinate at Nasiriyah Depot Tie in Area (NASA).
Phase 2: Phase 2 pipeline will be built to cater for first oil production from GarrafYamama in Year 2016/2017. PCIHBV will build an approximately 13km pipeline that starts from Garraf FCP (GFCP) and ends at the GBTA.
The LOTS with a total capacity of 284,000 BOPD will be built ahead of GarrafYamama Development primarily to cater for first production from Badra field in 2013

Description: Garraf is located onshore in the Southern province of DhiQar, approximately 250 km southeast of Baghdad. The First Commercial Production Facility (FCP) will be designed to receive, process, and transport 100kbopd oil (from Mishrif formation) via two trains of 50,000 BPD capacity each to Ahdeb tie-in point via new 18 inch export pipeline (Garraf to Ahdeb). Subsequently the production will be further ramped-up to reach the Production Plateau Target (PPT).
Ultimately the facilities will be developed to produce full capacity of 230 kbopd from both Mishrif and
Yamama formations
