Key responsibilities:
 Product Positioning / Inbound – Outbound
 Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and
monthly basis, resulting in transparent communications between
management and the project team
 Managing daily deliveries including the loading and unloading of
all goods vehicles and ensuring all goods that are loaded and off-
loaded are in a good state for shipment, ensuring the paperwork
and labels correspond with the goods handled
 Preparing and issuing monthly inventory reports, including
technical reports, and manpower status reports for the
management team
 Organizing and completing work schedules/assignments for the
team and providing daily logs for the management team.

Competently receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading,
shelving, packing, labeling and delivering materials in
accordance with Company standards of service
 Creating goods receipt (GR), quality inspection, and closing the
materials using SAP.
 Issuing material in SAP according to the pick list no, created by the
user.

points, maintenance supervisors & Buyers/ Updating each OSDR
cases in SAP system as well as manual log sheet / Follow up

Physical & system wise stock maintenance of each items
 Maintaining the computerized administration, storage and
retrieval systems
 Updating log sheets for both stock and direct charge.
 Physical and System wise Stock maintenance.
