I have acquired, over 10 years, extensive hands-on experience in the area of customer service in the hospitality industry from the scratch up to the top management level. I have delivered and led teams to deliver the highest standards of service to customers so they will remain not only loyal to our products and services but also active champions.

I have also become quite adept at getting to know customer needs and offered products and services as good as the specialists to be able to promote them in new market segments. Added to this, I am a very organized and methodical person, with good attention to details which customers have appreciated over the years.

I am also agile and adaptable to new working conditions and do not need much time to get the ground hitting in a relatively new field of work. I am quick to learn and master new skills. In the meantime I develop wonderful cotching & mentoring skill and I’m really passionate to train & share my experience & skills.
