I am Ferdinand Novillos, studied at Wesleyan University Philippines with the degree of Associate in Computer Technology. I have been into Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) as a Technical Support Representative providing quality service over the phone for 1 year and 7 months. I was also working as an online consultant for an Australian company providing Administrative Assistance and Development Programming for 12 months and currently, I am working as a Virtual Assistant providing Technical Support for an American Agency Management System. I have the knowledge to perform different administrative tasks, keep my database well organized. The edge to do night shift. I communicate very well and submit reports on time. I have the willingness to work overtime if it is necessary. The advantage to keep in my mind the company’s policy every time I work.
