Professional Experience

 

Project / Dispatch Manager – RCBM Inc. (A CRH-ABOITIZ Company) – June 2016 to present

■      To manage Health and Safety in his area of responsibility and ensure full implementation of Safety Standards

■      To plan, manage and control the Dispatch operations, from extraction of cement from cement silo to dispatch/Station 5. To meet all targets set within planned levels of cost and quality of cement products.

■      To coordinate and communicate with the sales and marketing about the Sales Forecast vis a vis production plan changes

■      Responsible in monitoring of cement movement from plant to outside warehouse (depot) and any loading cement at the port.

■      Ensure all equipment are maintained efficiently to give lowest packing cost and obtain ROTO packer efficiency.

■      Responsible for any modification for continuous improvement in packing operation that would satisfy customers both quality and services.

■      Implement actions to improve truck turn around.

■      Directly coordinate with the production line manager about cement stock and type of cement to be ground.

 

Project Manager – RCBM Inc. (Formerly: Lafarge Republic Inc. – BTG Plant) – April 2015 to May 2016

■      Establish a Project Charter for each approved project, defining the projects goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, staffing levels, roles and responsibilities, work breakdown structure, milestones, and deliverables.

■      Ensure the safety objectives / requirement based on company’s standard are met

■      Manage, monitor, update projects regularly based on required objectives, timeline, cost, risk assessment, quality of work

■      Conduct regular meetings with contractors and stakeholders in order to solicit feedback, input, and expectations and incorporate it in project plans.

Operate for a few days, then dismantle all the equipment, with all electrical cables & components, pack in crates and transfer to GE Phil Plant.

■      Pre-installation: manage the project start up, site preparation, budget preparation, timeline, project deliverables & other requirements
