Job Description

 

 

v  Receive trouble reports, log in and out service order and also banned information desk.

v  Receive and answer telephone calls act as receptionist for incoming visitors, preparing of reports for the pending applicant.

v  Responsible to do service request and monitoring service order.

v  Negotiate with the customer for the arrangement of payment s.

v  Responsible for new installation and profiling of customer, handling and data entry by telephone. Answering  the question via email

v  Provided customer with detailed information on products, services, and made recommendations to alternative options.

v  Handles payment of new and old accounts.

v  Consistently display professional standards of behavior and personal presentation

v  With strong time management and organization skill with the ability to manage multiple work demands and competing deadlines.

v  Daily cashier duty.

v  Experience in data entry specially using by numbers

v  Responsible for filling of documents,mail distribution with request by the customer,photocopy and faxing some important request

v   Assigned for 173/179 help desk department   troubleshoot   of internet and telephone line problem.

v  Responsible for daily collection transmittal report(DDCTR)

v  I was in billing and collection Department

v  Responsible of handling problem successfully and resolving customer complaints

v  Prepares manual invoices & submits the same PLDT for booking

v  Monitors  payments and accounts subject for treatment

v  Consolidated of manual invoice and submit monthly report submitted to finance department.
