Practical experience in Supervision, QA/QC inspection of Fabrication, Assembly, Welding, Installation or Construction of Piping, Structural, Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Stacks and Ducts, Mechanical Process Equipment, Fired Heater Radiant, Furnaces, Hot Gas Generator, Rotary Kiln, Stacks, Ducts, Preheater, Ball Mill, Pumps, AHU, Electrostatic Precipitator, Airslide, Bag Filters, Conveyors, Clinker Cooler, including Hot and Cold/Cryogenic Insulation and Refractory for process industry practices.
Conversant with International Codes and Standards associated to compliance requirements of Fabrication, Construction and Inspection of Pressure Vessels, Piping, Fired Heaters, Heat Exchangers, and Storage Tanks such as ASME, ASTM, AWS, AS/NZS, BS EN, ISO, API and other related international standards.
Capability to read and understand design drawings including Mechanical drawings, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping Isometric and Instrument Diagrams or pipe routing drawings and schematic diagrams.
Significant experience in inspection, site supervision of insulation installation in LNG, Power, Oil and Gas, and Cement Industries.
Expert of Inspection, Norms and Standards, Engineering and industry practice of Hot Insulation, Acoustic Insulation, and Cold/Cryogenic Insulation such as NORSOK, PIP and CINI.
Technical experience in engineering and inspection of the application of different insulation materials such as Foam Glass, Aerogels, Glass Fiber, Perlite, Rock/Mineral Wool and PUR/PIR.
Practical background and experience in Site supervision, Inspection, Engineering, Installation of Refractory Installation of major Processing Plants such as Power, Cement, Oil and Gas, Fertilizer, and Steel.
Proven Technical background and experience in installation of different types of Refractory materials such as Monolithic Castables, Bricks, Gunite, Ceramic Fibers, Bloc Fibers, and Calcium Silicate.
Experienced in Product Dossier/ Manufacturer’s Data Book Compilation and Review.
