As an Accounts Manager, I am responsible for looking for and bringing in new clients to company. I am tasked to meet with clients and make them sign with the company. I am tasked to make sure that the whole team takes care of the client and the deliverables are according their standards for the project.
As Marketing and Communications Officer, I am handling hotel-wide marketing like promos and events specifically for the property. I am also tasked to handle social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and the official email for the hotel. I coordinate and meet with possible sponsors and partners for the betterment of the property. I am also tasked to write and proofread press releases, articles and all other content needed by the property for marketing and communications. I also oversee the operations for the Marketing Department making sure that everything runs on smoothly.
As Marketing and Events Officer, I am tasked to facilitate corporate events alongside the Events Coordinator. I would send out letters to possible sponsors. I would also meet clients that are likely to partner with the company for an event. As the Social Media Manager, I manage all social media accounts of the company. As a writer, I am tasked to write and proofread all marketing materials for the company – may it be for events, sponsorship letters, and even social media.
