     Planned and designed the upgrade of the network infrastructure, software and hardware for the following company locations. This increased network speed and reliability by 95%:

Responsibilities:-

     Assessed and procured mobile tablet computers for the executive management to enhance mobile communication.

     Upgraded the network, software and hardware infrastructure at the head office and ttconnect service centers throughout Trinidad and Tobago to increase network speed and reliability.

        Patch Management implementation to maintain and decrease security loopholes by 99.9%.

       Successfully  coordinated  and  implemented  the  VOIP  project  to  link  the Government Ministries and State Enterprises which resulted to a decrease in telecommunication expenditure.

       Implementation of Manage Engine Service Desk (ITSM application) that provided the IT department with IT requests service desk to manage and respond to requests in a responsive manner. This resulted to an increase in technical coordination, resolution with users and access to real-time reporting and management of IT assets.

     Supported and supervised the IT Help Desk and Tier 1 support staff to coordinate the rotation of site visits to maintain offsite infrastructure.

     Analyzed  and  made  recommendations  for  new  and  existing  locations,  enhanced user- friendliness, promotion and awareness of the Kiosks and ttconnect Express buses to acquire and offer Government services to citizenry at prime and remote locations.

      Worked  with  stakeholders  to  update  and  manage  all  channels,  which  ensured smooth transitioning of upgrades for minimal user disruption to the population.
