I’ve been working in the customer service industry for almost 14 years, and most of my experience deals with customer inquiries and complaints. I truly enjoy working with the people with the business as well as the challenges in my current job as a Baggage Service Agent dealing mostly with delayed baggage. I believe that my current position has many demands and I have met these with great success.
