Conceptualizes and designs Operational Forms for use of the Cargo Department; Issues interim procedures to address ad-hoc issues; Conducts an annual review of current procedures to ensure continuous development to meet company and industry standards.

2.    Monitors, operational performance of overseas stations to ensure all

cargo staff adhere to established policies, procedures, and standards;

3.    Overseas the performance of ground handling suppliers and to ensure

consistency in the application of agreed service standards; Provides inputs to Vice President – Airport Services, as required, on the viability of maintaining ground handling contracts within the network.

4.    Develops cargo-related products and service enhancements aimed at

improving customer experience and adding value to Spirit of Manila Cargo Services; Conducts a review of current practices and develop strategies with a view to streamlining processes for service and cost-efficiency.

5.    Assists in the planning and management of training and development

programs of Cargo Services; conceptualizes, designs, updates and as required, conducts cargo training programs;

6.    Provides direction and support by interacting with the internal

departments to communicate departmental plans, requirements, and objectives;

7.    Develops and maintains good relations with Civil Aviation and Airport
