Monitors Customer complaints and keeps track of the closure of issues within the standard response time.  In charge of Vendor Managed Inventory Program (VMI) to ensure efficient replenishment based on the agreed inventory levels of the Distributor Partners.  Heads the Customer Service Team of both FPGMCEI & NAI composed of four (6) CSG Planners, five (5) CSG Assistants.
