Experienced in performing a variety of administrative and sales support duties for a specified department, which require a range of knowledge and skills of organizational procedures and policies; directing and assisting sales clients, and resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
Scope of Work 1. Drafts Memorandum and various requests. 2. Performs administrative and office support activities, manage all files, compile, copy and sort documents. 3. Receives and logs incoming and outgoing communications and documents. 4. Answer telephone calls, direct calls and take messages. 5. Monitoring and safekeeping of office supplies and materials. 6. Assists the Acting Chief Management Services Division and the Deputy Executive Director of the Bureau in different kinds of event and projects.
Scope of Work
1. Monitoring and supporting the sales team in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets and operates with management and clients to determine business requirements. 2. Provides sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential records/agreements. 3. Prepares necessary sales reports and distributes sales invoices to all account executives upon careful scrutiny. 4. Maintains healthy relationship with both existing and fresh customers by providing excellent customer service and attending sensibly to complaints/queries 5. Monitors customer’s account, process their orders, and ensures a 100% stock delivery. 6. Prepares sales invoice for countering/collection schedules. Monitors Collection of Outright Accounts. 7. Monitors and updates accounts receivables and follows up accounting generated accounts receivables 8. Handles Sales Personnel assigned to outright customers and attends to their concerns.
9. Monitors activities and itineraries by all account executives. Pushes monitors and supports the account executives in hitting and maintaining their sales targets to ensure achievement of sales targets. 10. Reports to the Sales Director the sales progress, discusses customer concerns and other issues arising in the Outright Department.
