I am Girma Bele. I need to be engaged in active working environment related to my study and serve the undeserved to the best of my ability. I have BSc Degree in Nursing from Jimma University with over 10 years working experience in areas related with this vacancy, which make me fit to the post you want to fill and I have also ample of experience in health system management, project management and Primary health care system and logistics, hygiene , Sanitation and supply chain.

In addition I have over 10 Seven years’ work experience in different regions of Ethiopia in managing public health programs, nutrition, TB/HIV, Logistics and supply chain,  project coordination and implementation and hygiene and sanitation promotion. I have an ample of experience in health Institution management and hardship areas. I have worked as clinician in Somali regional state Liben Zone Dollo-Ado woreda at Dollo and Sadey health centers for one year and nine months , as emergency nutrition officer with save the children USA in Dollo-Refugee Camp for two months, as clinician in SNNPR SAPZ Konso woreda Segen health center for seven months, as head of Kolme health center for six months, as Chief executive officer/CEO/ at karat primary hospital for  two years and two months and project coordinator at save the children international Hawassa area HUB Konso field office from March-December 2015, Ethiopian Catholic Secretariat Meki social and development coordination office as clinical coordinator form July 2016bto August 2018, IRC/international rescue committee/ as emergency health and nutrition officer and currently as Assistant medical director in ECS-SDCBOM from July 2019 up to date.

In my stay with the above governmental and non-governmental institutions; I was responsible for managing both financial and logistic units, HR policies and procedures, providing sound technical support. I have also a good experience and skills in witting different reports, Monthly updates, TOR development and concept notes. I am Familiar with most of the cultures of nations of Ethiopia.  I have excellent experience in managing the primary health care unit including hospital and health centers, emergency and developmental projects in INGO.

I have good computer skill. I am Familiar with Ethiopian health system policies, Sectoral reform process, Performance management, cold chain management, Sanitation and hygiene, Nutrition, HMIs, CASH/Clean & safe health care/, IPPS/Infection prevention, and patient safety program/, IPLS and EHRIG. I am ambitious to take responsibilities and I do communicate well. I am willing to work beyond working hours including weekends and in difficult environment.
