Provides first tier technical support to internal and external customers; installs, configures, troubleshoots, monitors, and maintains customers’ desktop/Laptop software and hardware; supports mobile workforce.
Works independently in troubleshooting and providing solutions to reported hardware and software problems through trouble-ticket system.
Manages hardware inventory using asset management tool.
Complies with established policies and standards to ensure that access to company information and systems resources, in any medium or format, is limited to authorized personnel.
Provide technical support to all clients for hardware and software systems, onsite analysis, diagnosis and resolution of computer problems for end users.
User credentials and computer account creation and administration in Active Directory.
Deploy Desktop PC image via Microsoft SCCM, troubleshoot applications or web link connectivity, windows host file entry definition, and provide port information for Data Communications Team for VLAN changes.
Service Engineer – Supporting banking systems (hardware and software.)
Responsible for service maintenance of all computer systems including Printers, UPS, Automated Teller Machines (ATM), network communication devices and peripherals of its clientele Banks.
Provide Technical support to clients. Setup leased-line connections, telephone lines for RAS, configure routers, Switch and Hubs for Phil web’s Gen. Santos City’s POP (Point-of-Presence). Tasks include daily Monitoring of Grade-of-Service, Customer support Service & managing a small network for Internet browsing.
Network and Systems support for the entire Administrative Departments of JSGI. Maintain zero or minimum downtime of Unix, Netware and NT servers. Perform regular backup of Applications and Data.
