·         Over three years of experience in installation, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and training of different PCB assembly, prototyping, inspection and cleaning machines.

·         Installation and commissioning of GE X-Ray machines, KOLB cleaning machines, ERSA soldering machines, LPKF PCB prototyping machines, MATICA smart card machines.

·         Experienced on ERSA Reflow, Selective soldering, PCB rework machines.

·         Planning preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs.

·         Reduction of machinery downtime to ensure smooth production.

Responsibilities:

·         Installation, commissioning and  troubleshooting of GE X-Ray inspection machines (160 kV and 180kV tubes)

·         Provide basic application and maintenance training to customer on X-Ray machines and perform regular maintenance.

·         Installation and commissioning of KOLB stencil cleaning machines (PS300 VS-HD, PS07 Twin).

·         Installation and commissioning of KOLB Reflow parts cleaning machine (AF20).

·         Installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of ERSA reflow soldering, selective soldering, rework  machines and soldering stations.

·         Installation, commissioning and  troubleshooting of LPKF PCB prototyping machines.

Extensive experience in the following areas of Smart Card Manufacturing:

·         Glue Tape Lamination of chip module rolls using RUHLAMAT GTL/34 (German) machine.

·         Hologram Hot Stamping of smart cards using MALAHIDE (Canadian machine with throughput of 5000 cards/hour).

·         Milling and Embedding of smart cards using MUHLBAUER CMI 4000/08 (German machine with throughput of 4000 cards/hour)

·         Personalization of smart cards using US made DATACARD MX 6000 machine. Gained rich knowledge regarding various modules such as electrical and graphical personalisation, lamination and embossing modules, Card Delivery System, Mailer and also associated with maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

·         Effectively support the production floor as needed.

·         Work directly with the quality department to address, contain, and correct production related issues.

·         Solve machining and quality related issues.

·         Assure the constant availability inputs so that the machine could function at all times.

Client                           : AT&T

Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 3 technical support for AT&T customers all over US.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users to troubleshoot and resolve issues with PC and peripherals.
Work with network transporters such as NIC, modem, routers as well as wireless configuration.
·         Installation and maintenance of Operating System (Windows XP/Vista/7 and Mac) and third party applications.
