o Develop and improve the processing and implementation of Sales and Operational requirements
o Proactively detect areas of opportunities for department managers to increase new clients and total return growth, instituting plans and methods to attain these goals

o Conducts reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
o Ensures a quick and accurate resolution to customers’ complaints and inquiries.
o Organizes/conducts weekly team player meeting, discuss new projects, objectives, and operations/business development strategies.
o Conducts preliminary investigation for all project requests in all company branch locations.
o Conduct meetings with suppliers and potential suppliers for new products.
o Ensures effective dissemination of all announcements related to new or amended policies, procedures, and rules.
o Provides support in the Human Resource functions, with focus on employee relations, performance monitoring, recruitment, onboarding, staffing, training and development, mentoring and provides assistance in formulating and implementing programs.
o Improves Human Resource solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
o Conducts employee counselling and intervention;
o Entertains and accommodates employee concerns and requests;
o Preserves operations, customers, and vendors’ confidence by keeping information confidential;
o Maximizes business performance, ensure effective and efficient Human Resources management system by delivering outstanding employee relations and services;

o Represents the Company in hearings with relation to labor concerns and matters.
o Maintains and updates Employee 201 files.
o Prepares monthly reports (Tardiness Report, Manpower Report, Incident Report, Personnel Vacancies, etc.) required by the company and government agencies
o Oversees benefit and employee assistance programs (Financial and Medical assistance, Company doctor medical checkups)
