§  Coordination with field engineers re site status and real time voltage, battery back-up time and other important site metrics as required.

§  Generates daily dump of alarm and outage logs for weekly analysis

§  Guarantees proper escalation matrix is being implemented

§  Escalation of high risk alarms to Zone Managers, Asset Care Manager and up to Operations Head level as necessary.

§  Responsible in assuring that SLAs and commitment to OML are met in  terms of site performance and availability
