– Assist the patient when getting out of bed in the morning and helping her get dressed.
– Assist patient when bathing,checking individuals vitals first thing during this time.
– Perform a variety of chores for the patient such as doing laundry,going to store to purchase groceries,and directing proper use of medication.
-Offer transportation to patient so she can continue being an active member of the community and taking/guiding her to attend dialysis session in hospital.
