A. CAREER SUMMARY
Over 7 years’ experience in different development sectors and more than 5  years in the field of management development projects and around two years working in field  Monitoring and Evaluation, Real-time Results Measurement, Knowledge Management & Learning Approaches, Policy Analysis, Tools Development, and Fund-Raising.

Areas of work included Construction Education & Health, Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Initiatives, rural development, community development, and illegal immigration and as well as Support for Refugees. Having professional degrees in civil Engineering working in the development sector with an international organization in planning, managing, coordinating implementing small and large development projects on community social and infrastructure development of rural Afghanistan, observing the education approaches across  10 provinces, and building schools construction need base area. Also well conversant with Rights-Based Approaches to Social Development and Enterprise Development technical understanding and managing field monitoring system around 18 members staffs in the field  align with monitoring principles.

Have practical experience of work with different international donors and agencies i.e.  BRAC, USAID, DFID, CIDA, Social enterprise Seefar and private foundations by understanding their M&E approaches, requirements and working.
