I have completed my Masters in International Affairs from Jahangirnagar University, subsequently have achieved MBA degree major in Human Resource Management at The University of Asia Pacific, Dhaka. I have also accomplished PGDHRM at Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM), Dhaka. I have working experience in a National level NGO named Shushilan and Nitol TATA Group as HR Professional. I have worked as an Executive – HRD at Nitol TATA group and Training Officer at BRAC Institute of Global Health (BIGH), BRAC University respectively. I have more than four years working experience as Senior Officer (HR & Admin) at MIDAS Financing Limited (a leading Financial Institution). I have worked as a Training Officer of GFATM (Global Fund for Fight Against Tuberculosis and Malaria) Project at BRAC Institute of Global Health (BIGH) conducted Public Health Management Training for Tuberculosis program Managers and Monitoring & Evaluation Training for Malaria program Managers.
