EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

You & Me by Cocoon Maldives (PRE-OPENING)- IT OFFICER (December 8, 2018 – March 17, 2019)
Duties:
Assist Guest for the IT facilities of the resort (WIFI, Telephone, TV)
Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, applications and CCTVs
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, network connectivity and ATM availability
Ensure connectivity of all workstations
Troubleshooting system and network connectivity problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults; replacing parts as required
